Dr. Heidi Banister, MD, co-owner of Arizona Family Care, PLLC, grew up in the Seattle, Washington area.  She obtained her undergraduate degree in Microbiology at Washington State University.  She spent a few years working in the bio-medical field.  She then went on to Pennsylvania State University for medical school and completed her residency at St. Joseph's here in Phoenix, Arizona.  She is part of the Physicians Leadership Counsel at Arrowhead Hospital.  Her special interests are pediatric/family medicine, preventive medicine for all ages and being an active athlete herself, an interest in sports medicine.  In her spare time she likes to play soccer, hike and spend time with her family and pets.  She is board certified in family medicine since 2002.

Dr. Bonnie McDonald, DO, co-owner of Arizona Family Care, PLLC, earned her BS in Biology from Grand Canyon University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1997 followed by her medical degree from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002.  She completed her internship and Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and was nominated as Arizona’s Outstanding Second-Year Family Practice Resident during her tenure at St. Joseph’s Hospital.  She is a diplomate with the American Board of Family Medicine.  She sits on the credentials committee and is the Vice Chair of the Family Practice Department at Arrowhead Hospital.  She enjoys all aspects of medicine caring for the young as well as the aging population. She likes to spend time with her husband, son and friends doing activities such as running, fly fishing, hiking and traveling.

Ronald Raybon, PA is a certified Physician Assistant.  He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Science Studies from Wayland Baptist University.  Ron finished his pre-medical studies at Grand Canyon University and earned his Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997.  While attending Kirksville, he was an instructor in the Science Department at Grand Canyon University and served proudly in both the Air Force and Army National Guard.  He enjoys traveling, running, cycling, other outdoor sports and spending time with his wife and six children.
